With over 30 years of multifaceted experience spanning continents and industries, I’ve carved a dynamic career at the intersection of innovation, leadership, and operational excellence. From my roots as an engineer to my evolution as a strategic leader, I’ve steered transformative initiatives across sectors as diverse as academia, defense, healthcare, entertainment, construction, and community development.

My professional journey began in the world of research and emerging technologies, where curiosity met cutting-edge science. During this formative chapter, I contributed to pioneering R&D efforts that led to two U.S. patents and publications in leading engineering journals—achievements that culminated in an Outstanding Research Award from Penn State University. These early successes laid the groundwork for a career defined by innovation, problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to impact.

I’ve led high-stakes projects, multimillion-dollar joint ventures, and enterprise-scale operations across Australia, the United States, and Singapore. Whether it was coordinating a transnational partnership between Singapore and the U.S., or managing portfolios across three Australian states and territories, I’ve consistently delivered outcomes that balanced performance, risk, and people.

Beyond execution, I’ve taken on strategic roles in risk management and work health and safety, protecting not just assets and infrastructure, but also lives. My oversight has extended across complex facilities and compliance functions, ensuring resilience and integrity in operations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

I am known for leading cross-functional teams with clarity and purpose. I bring a unique ability to adapt and turn strategy into action. I’ve worked with global organizations based in Australia, the UK, and the U.S., where I’ve helped align operations with vision, optimized performance, and embedded change with empathy and agility.

Although primarily an industry professional, education has always been part of my professional DNA. From 2009 to 2019, I had the privilege of teaching and mentoring postgraduate students at the University of Technology Sydney, helping bridge the divide between theory and practice. I continue to champion this connection in my honorary roles on advisory boards, shaping future-focused curriculum and thought leadership.
