I’m thrilled to announce my upcoming e-book, The Future of Careers: How to Adapt and Thrive in a Concruptive Age. Part memoir, part roadmap, this book blends my own career adventures with practical strategies to help professionals chart their paths in an era where disruption isn’t the exception, it’s the rule.
One chapter takes a deep dive into artificial intelligence, a force already reshaping the way individuals, businesses, and entire industries operate. Careers, whether we embrace it or not, are being transformed, and understanding how to adapt will make all the difference.
Alongside this launch, I’ll also be sharing insights from my books, podcasts, coaching programs, and speaking engagements. But it all begins with this first release, set to go live on Amazon KDP between October and December 2025. Keep an eye out for updates across my social media channels!
Special Pre-Launch Offer:
For a limited time, early supporters can grab The Future of Careers on Kindle for just AUD 0.99. In return, I’d greatly value your honest Amazon review on 2–3 chapters of the book ahead of launch.
If you’re interested, simply register through the “Contact Me” tab on my website, and I’ll send you the details. (And don’t worry, your information will never be shared with third parties.)
This book is for career professionals navigating complexity, change, and the silent toll of misalignment. It offers a new lens for understanding, re-imagining, and reinventing your trajectory. You may find yourself in one or more of these scenarios:
1. Professional Feeling Stuck or Unfulfilled
You dread Mondays. You find yourself going through the motions, questioning whether this is all there is. Work has become transactional rather than transformational and you know it’s costing you something more than time.
2. High Performer in an Unhealthy Work Environment
You’ve proven your competence time and again, yet you operate in a culture that doesn’t recognize your value, promote growth, or foster psychological safety. You’re tired of surviving in toxicity when you know you’re capable of thriving.
3. Individual in a Life or Career Transition
You may be returning from a health-related break, caring for an aging parent, recovering from burnout, or re-entering the workforce after a sabbatical. You need a fresh, flexible framework that honors your lived experience while pointing toward what’s next.
4. Professional at a Crossroad
You’ve achieved success in your field, but something is missing. The path forward isn’t clear, and the old career ladder no longer fits. You’re seeking clarity, direction, and a model that embraces evolution, not just linear advancement.
5. Explorer with Multidimensional Interests
You’ve never fit neatly into one box. You’re energized by multiple functions, industries, or disciplines and want a way to integrate them into a cohesive, fulfilling career story, without being told to “just pick one.”
6. Ambitious Yet Overlooked Talent
You have the potential to lead, innovate, and influence but you're not being seen. You want tools to amplify your impact, position yourself strategically, and chart a course that reflects your capability and ambition.
7. Entrepreneurial Thinker Navigating Institutions
You’re considering starting something of your own a practice, a consultancy, a company. But first, you want to learn how to navigate complex organizations with agility and foresight so you can launch from a position of strength.
8. Resilient Career Rebuilder
You’ve faced career derailments, unexpected job losses, or deep disillusionment. Yet you’re determined to rebuild wiser, stronger, and with more intention. You’re not looking to bounce back; you’re ready to bounce forward.
9. Curious, Courageous Professional Seeking More
You may not know exactly what you want, but you’re certain this isn’t it. You’re driven by a sense that there’s more out there, more growth, more alignment, more meaning and you’re ready to explore what that looks like.
10. You are concerned about AI and how this will Affect your Career
If you’re concerned about how AI will affect your career, you’re not alone and you’re not wrong to be. Artificial intelligence is no longer a futuristic concept; it’s already rewriting the rules of work, from automating repetitive tasks to reshaping decision-making at the highest levels. For many professionals, this feels like standing on shifting ground: the skills that once defined expertise may suddenly feel outdated, and the pace of change can be overwhelming. The fear isn’t just about job loss, it’s about relevance, identity, and how to stay ahead in a world where algorithms learn faster than we do.
In general, my eBooks would cover practical, evidence-based advice on leadership & management and purposeful career navigation. I may even consider writing fiction in the next season of publishing. You can register in the "Contact Me" section of this website to stay in touch.
For those who prefer, paperback and hardcover books will be made available on the Amazon site and other publishing sites that I choose to market through.
I offer professional, on-site speaking engagements for seminars and workshops. These 2-hour sessions are designed to give you a flavor of what I could do for your organization.
For speaking engagements, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required upfront, with the remaining balance due after the seminar is delivered.
